I’ve been working on SaaS product teams for the past 10 years. Over that time I have had the roles of Designer, Product Manager and User Researcher.

Theses roles have given me well-rounded experience in building products and helped my understand the value in getting a clear picture on user needs and goals as a core part of my design process.
